**30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee**

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion of your K-LYSTRO product(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

**Eligibility for Returns:**

*   Products must be returned in their original packaging.
*   The product should be largely unused. We understand you may need to try a product to assess satisfaction, but excessive use may void eligibility.
*   Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

**How to Initiate a Return:**

1.  **Contact Us:** To start a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@klystro.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2.  **Return Authorization:** Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your product back.
3.  **Shipping Your Return:** You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

**Refund Processing:**

Once your return is received and inspected at KLYSTRO LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY, 82801, USA, we will send you an email notification confirming the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

**Exchanges:**

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and then place a new order for the desired product.

**Damaged or Incorrect Items:**

If you received a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@klystro.com with your order number and a clear photograph of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
